I THINK it is pronounced SIE - gah.

Sie ---> rhymes with "die"

The Saiga has the trigger guard moved back to allow comfortable shooting with the sporter stock, so without modifications,

N0

If you could, it would be legal, as it is not considered a pistol grip stock. I think you only have to move the trigger and guard back to it's original position.

If that is the case and a dragunov style stock is legal (has there been a ruling on this??), is there anyone out there who is making one that can be mounted without any modification using the bolt used for the sporter stock? If not, can anyone recommend a manufacturer who can do custom work?? I've asked choate and they apparently don't do any one offs.

You might want to check the guys at Boyd's gunstocks for a one-off, they already make thumbhole shotgun stocks. And it is pronounced as Mike says...sie (as in die) - gah. The "ay" sound for the vowel "a" is exclusive to english (possibly swedish?). In nearly all indo-european languages it is pronounced "ah".

iwas thinking more along the lines of a polymer / synthetic stock much like the choate dragunov style number that was a popular option prior to the proliferation of domestically "manufactured" AK variants set up properly as misha intended..........
