Colt Woodsman Magazines
What's the interchangeability(if any) between the 1st,2nd, and 3rd Woodsman models? What about the later Cadet magazines? Thanks.

I am going to stick my neck out a bit here and answer without checking all the possibilities, but I don't think there is any interchangeability, although I can't rule out some combinations if someone works on the mag. Colt part numbers do not indicate that any are the same.
The first Woodsman had a bottom magazine release and a grip bottom that angled up to the back. The magazine, of course, was shaped to fit. What I presume you are calling the second model had a mag release behind the trigger. The third model used the same frame as the Challenger and a bottom mag release. The Colt .22 (formerly Cadet) has yet a different mag, using a mag catch on the right side of the gun. Jim |

Just a addendum to the above. Second generation mags can be used in third generation guns but not visa versa.
