Winchester 190 Manual for .22

I may be beating a dead horse here, but I just bought two Winchester 190 semi-auto .22s. One shoots S, L, LR: one shoots L, and LR. I need a manual for taking these guys down. I also bought a High Standard model 103, A.K.A. Sears/ J.C. Higgins Model 25 which I have ripped down in no time to all its pieces. Tube Receiver, pretty simple.
