I can find little info from volume shooters of the Stallion or P Jr. (38 Spec.). Can anyone point me in the direction of some info about their accuracy, handling, etc.?

I have a Cimarron P Jr that I got Dec 25 2005
I love the little gun, shoots great, handles great for me.

Anything info you want to know that I can help with, I would be glad to.

I have yet to touch one of these down-sized single actions, but am intrigued. Know anything to compare the 'Stallion' to the 'P Jr.'? (fit/finish/cost?)

My interest comes from handling normal-sized single actions - when chambered for .357, they seem to pick-up too much weight and lose the balance of the same gun in a .45. Have you any thoughts along those lines? Any supplier you recommend?

And Thanks again! Glad to hear you're enjoying the Jr..

“Know anything to compare the 'Stallion' to the 'P Jr.'? (fit/finish/cost?)”

I have not seen the “Stallion” so I can’t compare them.
The size is about like the old Colt DA Lightning. If you like that
size gun then you will like the P jr.

The P jr. is about 20% smaller then the Colt.
It’s a very nice little gun but it is little.
It is the balance that is what sold me on the gun to begin with.

If what you are looking for is a fun little well balanced pistol, that
is what it is.

To bad you don’t live a little closer to SD, then you could see mine.
I got mine at my local gunshop.

OK - I'm convinced I have to see and handle one.

AAMF, a good friend from here has invited us down to SD for a visit. (Don't rmember which town but its not too far.) Too many things on our plate to plan it yet, but will maybe be in touch if-and-when, k?

Glad you like it! Take care.

they're great pistols. got em so a gf could shoot em in CAS.
they're holding up well... model P jr is 3 years old / Lightning is about half that age and still going strong.

If you're looking for the nicest ones, Cimarron sells a prettier gun, but they're mostly all Uberti.
