Is it legal to shoot a .40 S&W in USPSA Single stack division? I read through the rules and looks like I can but want to make sure? Also, is it legal to add adjustable sights and a magwell in this division?

magwells OK
Adj. Sights are OK

I just read through the rules, and you can change sights, but nothing else external? Is that correct? No magwells aloud?
