Thanks for any and all help....have a Savage 775a shotgun.....understand they made a bunch of these......also understand that there is an adjustment, by the way it is a 12 gauge, after you take the forearm off, to make it shoot low base shells.....it shoots 'em but then your shoulder takes a pounding.....can you describe to me how the bushings are suppose to look for shooting low base shells....thanks to everyone......feel free to send an email......:)

I have a 775a. And I'm showing my ignorance of the friction settings but it will be the same as the A-5 Browning.
And, further I don't have those settings!
But, you can go to GOOGLE and type in spring and friction washer settings for Browning A-5, or for your shotgun they; will have it.
They're a nice gun!
