Cost aside, the Benelli M2 and/or M4 with pistol grip buttstock look like superb defense shotguns... are these about as good as it gets for functional reliability in an autoloader? Do they recoil too much (I know the pistol grip buttstock option helps a LOT in absorbing recoil). Is Remington's 11-87 considered as good a choice as a defense autoloader?
