HAs anyone ever had a postive experience with this company? If so how did you do it. I started out very nice and have ended up with them shouting at me becuase I've asked to explain something that they refuse to do so.
I love the Witness but wish Tan would find a new importer. Someone that has had at least some customer service skills.:confused:
